I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and gorgeous, though I had to lower the aircon quite a bit. The service was polite and accommodating, despite a language barrier. The location was convenient, right next to a large shopping mall. However, the noise levels from the mall were a bit disruptive. The dining options were below average, and the breakfast service lacked attention. Overall, a mixed experience but with many positives to enjoy.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite a previous smoking incident, had a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Ipoh's tourist attractions and the vibrant Old Town.
The hotel has a spacious room with a great freestanding bathtub and a really nice strong shower. The seating options, including three couches and a desk, made the room comfortable, but there was a noticeable smell of smoke. The location is convenient, right next to the mall, allowing easy access to shopping, but the handwashing area lacked soap. The dining options offered a good selection of local and western food, including excellent roti, within a week, however, the sink area had no soap. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive and negative experiences.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room had a lovely view of the main range mountains, and we were able to check in by 12 pm, which was great after our early flight. The service was a bit lacking in handling invoices and printouts, but the staff were courteous, polite, and efficient. The location was superb, right next to a mall and near the airport. The dining experience had a variety of offerings, although some improvements could be made. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
